Zak for Bunhill
Zak was born and raised in London and has been a part of the Islington community since studying at City University at 18. He had a distinguished career in the City before setting up his own small business in the borough for over 10 years.
He sits on the board of charities and has been involved with numerous local charitable causes. Zak set up the Supporting Locals Initiative four years ago and, having focused on working with the homeless for over a decade, recently set up Soup Kitchens in and around Islington to help support the homeless and needy during the Covid lockdown. Zak spearheaded a campaign to reverse the recent road closures and is actively involved in working on crime and it's causes. He is a strong advocate of holding the local Council to account. Zak remains a keen sportsman who plays rugby, boxes and enjoys running in the parks of Islington.
